Relationships Are Complex.

Learn to Coach the System.

Conflict. Competing perspectives. Unspoken dynamics. Change that creates resistance.

Every relationship system has its own patterns and challenges.

People live and work within these systems, from couples and families to partnerships, teams and organisations.

ORSC™ teaches coaches how to recognise and work with what is happening

across the whole relationship system, shifting the focus to the system itself.

A SYSTEMS APPROACH

Coach the Whole System

When people are in relationship, a system exists.

That system has its own patterns, dynamics and ways of responding.

ORSC™ develops your ability to see, hear and sense what is happening across the relationship system and work with the system as a whole.

The approach can be applied across couples, families, partnerships, teams and organisations.

What is ORSC?

A Different Way of Understanding Relationship Systems

Organisation & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™) is a systems-based coaching methodology developed by CRR Global.

ORSC™ works with the relationship system created when people come together.

It gives coaches and professionals practical ways to recognise and work with the patterns, roles and dynamics within that system, helping them understand what is happening across the relationship system and work with the system as a whole.

“The relationship system itself becomes the focus of the coaching.”
